The kids are alright

What is better than a show with a live band? A show with TWO live bands!
That is what Act II Theatre Company are promising in their epic production of School Of Rock this month.
A cast of 60 will be bringing this fun, cheeky and noisy show to the stage for four performances.
The lives of the prim and proper children of Horace Green prep school are turned upside down when wannabe rocker Dewey Finn poses as a substitute teacher!
Having been kicked out of his band and needing to find some money for rent urgently, Dewey thinks this will be an easy route to a quick buck.
To his surprise, he finds a group of talented young musicians that may just mean he can go to the battle of the bands after all.
This show, based on the film starring Jack Black is a rocking riot of a show for the whole family, as well as fans of live music and anyone who wants to rock.
The show takes place at the South Holland Centre from March 27 to 29 at 7.30pm (plus a relaxed performance at 2.30pm on March 29).
