Paines Plough Theatre Company deliver a touch of musical nostalgia with their latest work giving audiences a chance to relive those carefree clubbing days of the late nineties and early noughties.
This part-performance/part-gig sees young raver Nadia swept up in one hot summer’s night of love.
Drinking, dancing, hope, ambition, lust, greed… and decisions that will determine the rest of her life.
Her story is played out by actor Seroca Davis accompanied with a singer and a live DJ mixing fist pumping garage tunes throughout the show.
This event takes place on the stage in the South Holland Centre’s top floor hall with the audience right at the heart of the action in the club setting of the dance-floor.
Working in collaboration with Latitude Festival, With a Little Bit of Luck went down a storm in the fields of Southwold last year with “the crowd dancing, singing and cheering the whole show” and the South Holland Centre urges anyone thinking of coming along to watch the trailer of the show from their website.
The show starts at 8.15pm, with the bar opening from 7.30pm.
Tickets are £10 or just £7.50 per person for groups of four or more from 01775 764777 www.southhollandcentre.co.uk.
There is an age guideline of 14 plus.
Dancing shoes and glow sticks optional!
