Sutton Bridge Players are preparing to whisk audiences away on a magical carpet ride with their upcoming pantomime production of Aladdin, written by Nigel Holmes.
The community theatre group, founded in 2021 and already celebrated for its lively and inclusive performances, will bring the much-loved tale to life at Westmere Primary School in Sutton Bridge from February 19 to 21.
Tickets are now available through the group’s official website, https://suttonbridgeplayers.co.uk/your-tickets-await/ or by emailing [email protected] and demand is already high.
A spokesman for the Players said: “Your wish is our command. We can’t wait to welcome audiences back for another unforgettable pantomime experience.
“We promise a show filled with laughter, music, and all the traditional pantomime fun that families have come to expect.
“Audiences can look forward to cheering for Aladdin, booing the villain, and enjoying the antics of the Genie as the story unfolds in spectacular style.
“With rehearsals already underway, we’re working hard to ensure that this production will be one of their most memorable yet.”
Since their founding, Sutton Bridge Players have staged a wide variety of productions, ranging from pantomimes such as Cinderella and Jack and the Beanstalk, to murder mysteries and one-act plays.
Each show has reinforced their reputation as a fun, inclusive, and creative theatre group dedicated to making live performance accessible to all.
With Aladdin, the Players are once again inviting the community to come together, laugh, and share in the joy of live theatre.
As a not-for-profit organisation, every penny raised from ticket sales is reinvested into future productions, ensuring that Sutton Bridge continues to enjoy vibrant local theatre for years to come.
