LETTERS – Vaccination experience was so easy

This morning a friend and I attended consecutive, prearranged appointments for our COVID-19 vaccinations at Springfields Exhibition Centre.

We arrived early but were parked, shown into the centre, had our vaccinations and were out of the area well before our appointment times.

We were both very impressed by the efficiency of the whole operation and the help we received, and we would to express our sincere appreciation and thanks to all the medical staff and volunteers who made the whole experience so easy.
