LETTERS – Thanks to garden volunteers

On behalf of the Pinchbeck Baptist Church and the Pinchbeck Community Garden, please could we take this opportunity to thank all the amazing volunteers who are working so hard to make this garden a reality.

The generosity and support from the people of Pinchbeck has been overwhelming.

We’d particularly like to thank the Spar Shop (Blakemore Retail) for their £200 donation, also Sally Slade, James Avery and Liz Sneath for the £450 donation towards a disabled friendly picnic table.

Not to mention Andrew Hill of the Pinchbeck Community Land Trust who has donated £500.

Giovanna from Aphoenix Care was one of our calendar sponsors and also donated £355 to buy a garden bench.

And since we’re thanking everyone, let’s remember the other 12 sponsors – Green Lane Nurseries, Tomblin’s Garage, DP Packaging, Pinchbeck Dog Paddock, Hargraves, Killenaule Hair Studio, Hair By Rachel, Bright Homes, Bolt Hole Cottage, Discount Leisure Products, Smalley’s Hot Tubs and NCE Ltd.

We are really happy to tell you that so far, we have raised in the region of £2,600 to help pay for the community garden – and this is all due to the residents and business in Pinchbeck.

We still have a long way to go, but we will all do our best to make you proud.

New volunteers and donations are always welcome.
