I’m trying to locate a dear friend who lives in Holbeach.
I live in the US, and we have been pen pals for 40 years.
Pauline was like a mum to me when l was stationed at RAF Alconbury from 1980 to 1982. I didn’t get a card from her at Christmas.
I didn’t see an obituary for her in the newspaper, but I feel that she may have died or is ill in hospital.
Her name is Pauline Beilby, and she volunteers at the Chosen charity shop.
I was not able to locate any of her family on Facebook because her daughter and granddaughters are now married, and I don’t know the surnames.
If anyone knows her whereabouts, please let me know.
Pauline is about 87 years old now.
