LETTER: Cut backs affect most vulnerable

Expenses? Pensions? I also note that in the middle of a previous general election the council awarded themselves an expenses increase. Hoping to get in under the radar?

Now they have given themselves iPads. Not any old iPad but a top of the range model!

The cut-backs in council spending will affect the most vulnerable members of our community. This is clearly lost on Councillor Porter and his band of cohorts. Public service should be exactly that – public service.

There should be no expenses, no pensions and no iPads top or bottom of the range.

This crowd are little better than the benefit scroungers they probably despise.
