Ace Abbi aiming for even better after bagging her first top ten finish

Talented youngster Abbi Pulling is hoping to take her season to the “next level” after an impressive showing at Silverstone over the weekend.

Gosberton teenager Pulling clinched ninth place in the latest round of the Ginetta GT5 Challenge – her best result yet.

The current British Karting champion, who has made a full-time move into cars this season, admits that a top ten finish was only “a dream” a few weeks ago.

She said: “Another amazing race in the Ginetta GT5 Challenge.

“It was another hectic race and I was gradually working through the field to be rewarded with a ninth-placed finish.

“Top tens were just a dream two meetings ago, but now the confidence is there it’s time to move onto the next level.

“Roll on Donington Park in two weeks’ time!

“Big thanks to all of the team at Race Car Consultants Ltd, especially mechanic Chris. The car was as amazing as always.”
