Johnson charity ball returns

Time to dust off your suits and gowns for the 12th annual Johnson Hospital charity ball.

This year’s theme is Winter Wonderland and the event is due to be held on Saturday, November 19 at Springfields, Spalding.

The event will include a meal, raffle, live music and a disco.

Tickets are £45 and can be bought via [email protected]

The event has raised £66,000 over the years and the money has been used to buy extra equipment to enhance care and services for patients.

All money raised will go through the Trust’s charity, Lincolnshire NHS Charity. Lincolnshire NHS Charity is an independent charity that plays a vital role in supporting LCHS to make a difference to patient care providing enhanced services and facilities that would not normally be funded by the NHS.

Sally Brown, Ball Committee Chair, said: “We are so pleased to be returning with the annual charity ball.

“Over the years, the ball has raised a fantastic £66,000. All the money raised has been used to purchase specialist equipment to enhance the care and services available for the local patients of Spalding and the surrounding area.

“We are hoping this year will be another great success, so please do join us for a great night of fun, for a truly great cause.”
