Football: Spalding United into county semi-final, three-sy for Pinchbeck United

Spalding United cruised into the last four of the Lincs FA Senior Cup with a 4-0 win over a youthful Lincoln City side on Friday night.

Goals from Jack Fixter, Jonny Lockie, Tom Siddons and George Zuerner eased the Tulips past the Imps at the Sir Halley Stewart Playing Field to set up a semi-final showdown with Stamford.

That clash will need to be played before this Friday. Spalding will visit Peterborough Northern Star before then on Monday (7.45pm).

Meanwhile, Pinchbeck United beat Wyberton 3-0 in a friendly on Friday night.

Lee Beeson, Ian Dunn and Esteves netted for the Knights, who travel to Grantham Town on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Holbeach United play host to Wisbech St Mary (7.45pm).
