Minnie Mouse, Buzz Lightyear and Spongebob Squarepants helped raise money for a good cause during a street collection in Spalding.
They were lending a helping hand to Dan Wise, of Whaplode, who was collecting for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
The street collection raised almost £80.
Dan (42) is a big supporter of the cause and other Alzheimer’s charities as his dad Graham suffers from the condition and now requires full time care.
He and his brother Rob and a work colleague recently took part in a Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society and raised more than £1,000.
Dan is now turning his attention to a Night to Remember Holbeach event he is organising in November to raise even more money.
The family event will be at Holbeach Community Centre on Saturday, November 8, from 7pm.
Buzz and Spongebob will be mingling with the guests, who will all receive a free alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink on arrival.
There will also be a disco, live singers, karaoke, prize bingo, raffle and a Las Vegas-themed photo booth.
