Consti E have taken the top spot in Division One of the Spalding and District Snooker League thanks to a 5-1 win over Bourne SC A.
They have leapfrogged last week’s leaders Services C thanks to wins from Tom Horspool (o35), Ben Peppercorn (o7), James Kingston (o21) and Martin Ulyatt (o14).
Mark Gray (o98) got the solitary point for Bourne.
Services C now sit in second after losing 4-2 to Holbeach D.
Geoff Hemsil (r21) and Jordan Philpott (r7) took the first two frames for Services, before Paul Daw (o28) and Wayne Fobelets (o21) answered back for Holbeach.
Don Monk (o14) beat Nigel Cherry (scr) in the decider.
Pyramid C showed Consti H how it’s done with a 6-0 whitewash.
They move up to third after wins from Richard Skellett (o14), Dave Pearson (o7), Jason Green (o56), Alfonso Palumbo (o49) and Spencer Dawkins (o56).
There were several breaks in the match, including a 40 from Palumbo, 32 from Dawkins, 29s from Green and Adam Mayman (o28), a 23 from Pearson and a 21 by Oliver Turner (o14).
Services A have dropped to fourth, despite a 4-2 win away to Pyramid A.
Martin Spencer (o28) took the first frame for Services, before Adam Zignani (scr) hit back for Pyramid.
Chris Dunmore (035) put Services ahead again but Michael Twell (scr) levelled the scoreline, leaving it up to Jack Howard (scr) to beat Dean Cole (o14) in the decider.
Donington C beat second-from-bottom Pyramid D 5-1.
Marcus Hamilton (o21) was the only winner for Pyramid, who have only won four matches so far.
Holbeach C got a 4-2 win over Consti G, thanks to victories from Dan Ashton (o7), Mark Gregory (o28) and Paul Ashton (r14).
Bottom-placed Pyramid A got their third win of the season, in a rearranged game, beating last year’s champions Donington C.
Victor Rouse (scr), Jim Benner (r7) and Michael Twell (scr) took the first three frames to give Pyramid the win.
Boundary A are holding on to first place in Division Two after a 5-1 win in a top-of-the-table clash with Holbeach A.
Pete King (scr), Andy Mowforth (scr), Tim Burrows (r14) and John Tidswell (o21) were the winners. Stuart Atkin (o42) got the single point for Holbeach.
Services B remain in third, despite losing 4-2 to second-from-bottom Consti B.
John Keeton (o7), John Pike (r7) and John Christian (scr) took the first three frames for Consti to give them the win.
Holbeach F moved up two places after beating Services D 4-2.
Wins from Chris Leary (o14), Susan Lefley (r21) and Dan Mayfield (o21) gave Holbeach the points.
Down at the bottom of the division, Consti I lost 5-1 to Pyramid E, who are third from the bottom.
Consti started well with a win from Jonathan Smith (r21), but it went downhill from there as John Clapton (r7), Jeremy Radford (scr), Adrian Sharpe (o28) and Neil Mclean (r7) took the remaining frames.
Whittlesey C got the better of Consti F, beating them 5-1.
Winners for Whittlesey on the night were John Willis (scr), Paul Cook (o21), who scored a 24 break, Simon Parker (o7) and Jason Bloomfield (o21), while Robert Adams (o7) got the point for Consti on his birthday.
Gosberton A got a 4-2 win away to Donington A.
In Division Three, Gosberton D demolished Consti D, leaving them at the top of the division.
Winners on the night were Dan Hanger (scr), Neil Simmons (o7), Keith Lungley (o21), James Parrott (scr) and Paulo Gensiorskys (scr).
Donington D also walked away with a 6-0 win at Consti A.
Victories came from Dan Sawby (scr), Pat Taylor (r21), Paul White (r14), Alan Stanley (r7) and Denis Mitcham (r14).
Pyramid B are in second place after a good 5-1 win over Boundary B.
Philip Cooke (scr), Darren Hibbins (scr), Dennis Pearson (scr) and Richard Clark (scr) were the winners for Pyramid.
Dougy Lythgoe (o21) won the final frame to take a point for Boundary.
Donington B are in fourth, place after losing 4-2 to Consti C, while Consti J got a convincing 5-1 win away to Whittlesey B.
Gosberton B took on clubmates Gosberton C with the B team taking the spoils 4-2.
