It was glitz and glam galore on Friday night as Spalding High School held its Year 13 Leavers’ Ball.
Held at the Sessions House in Spalding, the event was a celebration of friendship, achievement and the hard work that has defined the students’ sixth-form experience.
Blessed with a beautiful summer evening, students arrived in style along the red carpet, looking fantastic in their gowns and suits.
As temperatures remained high throughout the evening, students were happy to be presented with a paper fan as they walked through the door.
The event was organised by deputy head student Lexi Withers, whose commitment and enthusiasm helped make the evening such a success.
Through a series of fundraising events over the year, Lexi raised funds towards the decorations and special touches that transformed the venue into a fitting setting for such an important event.
Guests were able to enjoy the beautiful courtyard throughout the evening, providing a perfect space to relax and chat.
A highlight of the evening was the popular photo booth, sponsored by Worldwide Fruit.
Throughout the night, students captured countless photographs and memories.
Year 12 photography students Martha Cook and Ava Ilott were on hand to photograph students as they arrived.
