The winner of a design competition has been unveiled by Springfields Horticultural Society.
Marking its 60th anniversary, the charity owns, manages and maintains the Festival Gardens.
Earlier this year it opened its flag design competition to local school-aged pupils.
The winning design is by Gasmin whose artwork will also be used as a living artwork floral display.
“It has been an absolute joy to see so many young people from our community engage with these gardens through their artwork.
“Gasmin’s design is truly stunning, it captures everything that makes Springfields so special,” said Becky Kirtland, education and outreach coordinator at the horticultural society.
