12 jobs secure thanks to company buy out

Twelve jobs at Pinchbeck-based Donington Packaging Supplies are secure following a buy-out by Antalis from PaperlinX.

The company, which has continued to operate as normal since former owner PaperlinX UK was placed into administration on April 1, is a well-established and successful packaging distribution business.

This acquisition by Antalis secures the future jobs of the 12 employees at Donington Packaging Supplies after a period of uncertainty.

David Hunter, managing director at Antalis, described this as an important acquisition that forms part of the company’s strategy to substantially grow its packaging business.

General manager of Donington Packaging Supplies Adrian Griggs, said: “We are really pleased to join the Antalis group which is a key player in the supply of industrial packaging materials in the UK and now it is very much business as usual continuing to provide our customers with excellent products and service.”
