There’s a new agent in town

Estate agent Newton Fallowell has officially opened the doors of its Spalding branch.

Situated in the former Lloyds Pharmacy shop on Bridge Street, Chris Lett, co-director and valuer, worked with companies including Spalding Signs and Elmtree Homes to completely refurbish the premises.

Guests over the opening weekend included Spalding town centre manager Dennis Hannant, Mark Newton, CEO of the Newton Fallowell Group and Sam Uylett from Broadgate Homes.

Newton Fallowell is offering a “one stop moving experience” under one roof.
