Lovers, killers, fugitives…

Infamous robbers Bonnie and Clyde are on the run and heading this way and will be at the South Holland Centre this Friday and Saturday (July 20/21).

The production from Spalding youth theatre group Act II is a performance of the international hit, award-winning musical stage show by Frank Wildhorn.

Act II’s Advanced Skills group with bring the duo to town, with a cast of 19 and an eight-piece band playing the original rockabilly, blues and gospel score.

The real-life terrorisers Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow are played by Molly Riches and Rory Prestt.
Act II director Karl Gernert said rehearsals have been going very well and the first practice with the band was a lot of fun.

In anticipation of the show, under the guise of Chief of Police, co-director Charlotte Gernert said: “Bonnie and

Clyde have sealed their reputation, moving from small-time thieves to the notorious runaways they are now.

“You are invited to witness what I promise will be their last stand.”

The show starts at 7.30pm both night.
