Woman suffered ‘potentially life-changing injuries’ in A17 collision

A woman suffered “potentially life-changing injuries” in a collision on the A17 at Fleet on Monday afternoon.

Two people were injured in the collision, which involved a motorcycle and a car, which occurred at 2.27pm.

The road was closed both ways for several hours while casualties were treated and the collision was investigated by police.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson, said: “The rider of the motorbike, a woman, was taken to hospital with potentially life-changing but not life-threatening injuries.”
