Long Sutton Athletic picked up a welcome 3-0 victory over Kings Cliffe on Saturday as they boosted their hopes of staying in ChromaSport Peterborough League Division One.

Sutton – who have games with Langtoft United Reserves (away, Saturday) and Ketton (home, April 25) still to play – are now level on points with Kings Cliffe and just three points behind Whittlesey Blue Star.
They weren’t helped by Blue Star’s 5-0 win at rivals Sutton Bridge United, though.
Jacob Smith’s treble made the difference at Memorial Park.
Also in Division One, Ben Wiggins struck the only goal as Moulton Harrox Reserves saw off Netherton Reserves 1-0 at Broad Lane.
It’s now five wins on the spin for Harrox’s second string, who climb into the top ten.
Up in Division One, Pinchbeck United lost a seven-goal thriller with Sawtry 4-3 at Knight Street.
Adam Abell (2) and Ollie Maltby scored for Ian Dunn’s Pinchbeck, who had led 2-1 at half time.
Spalding United Reserves remain top of Division Two after a 6-0 win over Leverington Reserves.
At the other end of the table, Pinchbeck United Reserves are down in 13th after a 3-1 loss at Coates A.
Tyler Wright scored for Pinchbeck, who had Jordan Effield sent off for two yellow cards.
Crowland Town Reserves, meanwhile, drew 3-3 at Stamford Belevedere.
In Division Three, a Martin Sandall strike gave Spalding Town a hard-fought 1-0 win at Farcet United to keep themselves in the promotion hunt.
Tydd St Mary also picked up three points as they won 4-2 at Kings Cliffe Reserves.
Matthew Clayden (2), Scott Pemberton and sub James Clayden got the goals.
Down in Division Five, Joe Johnson’s double couldn’t stop Tydd St Mary Reserves losing 8-2 at home to AFC Stanground Reserves
