Two people have been arrested after a drugs raid on a property in Spalding’s Park Road this morning (Wednesday, January 14).
A 42-year-old man and 34-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
A spokesman for South Holland Police said: “This follows information received by police, that led to a warrant being executed this morning at an address on Park Road, Spalding,
“They both remain in custody while our investigation is ongoing.”
PC James Wood, who led the enforcement action, said: “South Holland Neighbourhood Policing Team are taking a zero-tolerance approach to reported drug dealing in Spalding.
“If you provide us sufficient information, we will stop and search, we will attend court to gain a warrant and we will act.
“We would like to thank members of the public for continuing to provide vital information through the appropriate reporting channels.
“Your reports play a crucial role in helping us address criminality and anti-social behaviour within our community.”
