Teenagers arrested after Holbeach robbery

Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of robbery following a knife-point raid in Holbeach.

On Wednesday, October 25, three men with knives robbed McColl’s Newsagents (formerly Martin’s), High Street, Holbeach, police said.

A police spokesman said two local teenagers, aged 16 and 17, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and released on bail until November 26.

The spokesman said they received a call around 7.30pm reporting three men had entered the store and threatened staff with knives. They stole a small amount of cigarettes.

An ambulance team attended but police said no-one was injured during the incident.
