Success for Silver Spoon

Archers from Silver Spoon Bowmen competed in Friskney Bowmen’s winter indoor series of five different rounds, shot between November and March, the final round being held on Sunday, March 5.
Results from the final round were:
Men’s Recurve – Dave Inglis 1st (PB), Jim Orford 3rd (PB).
Men’s Longbow – Roger Sale 1st.
Junior Men’s Barebow – Hamish Turner 1st.
Junior Men’s Compound – Ioan Macrae 1st.
Junior Women’s Recurve – Jemima Debney 1st (in her first shoot)
Henry Tuthill and Carl Watkin also shot personal bests in the Men’s Recurve category.
Silver Spoon Bowmen had overall series winners with Dave Inglis (Men’s Recurve), Ian Macrae (Men’s Barebow), Ioan Macrae (Junior Men’s Compound), Hamish Turner (Junior Men’s Barebow) and Lynn Fisher (Women’s Compound).
