Roads were closed on Monday morning (June 6) after fire broke out in a Spalding town centre building.
Commuters were faced with diversions as firefighters dealt with the incident at Abbey Recruitment in Abbey Path, just off The Crescent.
Emergency services were called at 8.39am, with three fire engines attending. Police set up road blocks which extended from Station Street through Sheep Market to part of The Crescent.
The fire was put out using hosereels, extinguishers and a ladder to remove roof tiles.
A spokesman for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said: “There was severe damage by fire to a quantity of electrical supply units in a store room of a three-storey commercial building.
“The cause was electrical fault in 60 amp switch unit.”
