Some 34 prizes were dished out at Spalding Golf Club’s presentation evening on Friday night.
All prizes were presented by Dave Tasker, the outgoing club captain, with the thriving junior players taking home an impressive amount of silverware.
The evening began with a meal for all the recipients, their families and guests.
Prize-giving then got under way, with young talent Tilly Garfoot among those to lift notable trophies.
Pam Smith presented her with the most improved junior gong, while the England Golf Midland North Regional Medal final was also handed to her by James Crampton.
A club statement said: “The club is proud of the achievements over the past year by the Junior Section and the number of prizes that they have won in club competitions goes to show the ability and talent within this group, well done to all the juniors.”
- Results: Spalding Golf Club ladies’ section: Jean White emerged victorious as 29 lady members contested a Winter Stableford competition at the Surfleet course.
White scored 35 points, with Paula Brown (33) ahead of Elizabeth Holbrook on countback.
Tydd St Giles Golf Club
Andy Betts and James Horscroft were the winners of the Tydd St Giles Golf Club November Stableford Pairs competition with 47 points.
