South Holland Singers return

Music For Peace is being performed by the South Holland Singers this Saturday (January 28).

The Community Group are returning to the stage at St John’s Church in Hawthorn Bank, Spalding.

They will also be joined by the Chamber Choir of University Academy Holbeach.

A spokesman said: “It will feature the Armed Man Choral Suite by Karl Jenkins, among other pieces which have peace as their theme.

“It will be exploring how peace is represented through music.”

Tickets are £10 in advance and available from Bookmark in The Crescent, Spalding or Flower Basket in Fleet Street, Holbeach.

The group meets at 7.30pm on Thursday evenings at Spalding Baptist Church in Swan Street.
