Fatal collision in Gosberton

Police said a local man in his 40s died at the scene of a collision in Gosberton yesterday (Wednesday, September 13).

The road was closed all afternoon at Beech bank junction and the Northgate Junction, near Cheal Lane, Gosberton, Spalding.

Police said: “We are asking for any witnesses who have seen a white Tanker driving on Cheal Lane at around 1pm, or the collision, to come forward.

“The incident involved a white Tanker which was containing non-hazardous contents.”

Witnesses or anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the police, quoting incident 236 of 13 September.
