Roaring night for Spalding Lions’ birthday

More than 100 people attended a Charter dinner to celebrate 44 years of Spalding Lions serving the community.

A meal was followed by speeches and a few formalities before the fun part of the celebration with music and dancing.

Spokesman Elaine Mothers said: “It was like a birthday party. A lot of fun was had, everyone enjoyed themselves, the music was brilliant and everyone had a wonderful night.”
