Power of art at Castle Sports

A powerful image has been created on the first of Spalding’s street art boards.

The image was created by Karl Barfoot in collaboration with others and it is at the town’s Castle Sports Complex.

Karl said he wanted to highlight the issue of men’s mental health and the piece includes phone and text numbers for anyone needing help.

The boards also promote positive messages and Vanessa Browning of Community Mind Matters is encouraging people to take selfies in front of the art and post it to social media to promote the piece.
