The ladies’ section of Tydd St Giles Golf Club held their 10th Anniversary Trophy competition this month after being postponed in December because of bad weather conditions.
Twelve Tydd ladies took part in a nine hole competition, with Petra Meir emerging the winner with 14 points (ocb).
Second was Chris Montague with 14 points (ocb), and third was Lin Walker with 14 points.
Men’s January Stableford division one: 1st James Watson 40 points, 2nd Gary Withers 39 points, 3rd Ian Cooper 38 points (ocb).
Division 2: 1st Paul Brown 40 points, 2nd Jason Ward 37 points, 3rd Stephen Jeffries 35 points (ocb).
Division 3: 1st Sid Johnson 43 points, 2nd Luke Stanford 38 points, 3rd Vinny Day 37 points.
Seniors’ individual monthly medal Division One: 1st Ken Doughty 87-15=72, 2nd Mick Vassall 85-10=75, 3rd Tom Ainsley 92-15=77.
Division 2: 1st John Forbes 90-18=72, 2nd Paul Rushbrook 93-19=74, 3rd Toby North 94-19=75.
Division 3: 1st Paul Milward 90-22=68, 2nd Steve Skoulding 97-22=75, 3rd Chris Woods 105-27=78 (ocb).
Division 4: 1st Joe Connolly 106-31=75, 2nd Tony Adkins 108-32=76, 3rd Bob Mann 106-29=77.
