Mental health group launches

A new group has been set up to improve mental health in Spalding.

For the last six years Vanessa Browning has put on a host of groups in the town as part of her Community Mind Matters initiative.
The latest to launch will take place in Ayscoughfee Hall on Thursday from 12pm to 3pm.
Community Mind Matters already has a bench people can use in the gardens, but Vanessa will now be in the hall with refreshments.
There’s also separate rooms for a more private chat, if that’s needed.
“If anybody has a problem they can pop in and have a cup of tea and a chat,” said Vanessa. “If they need more help, we can help sign post them to get the support they need.”
Anybody who would like to attend can just turn up and ask for Vanessa at reception.
If you’d like more information on Community Mind Matters you can contact Vanessa on info@communitymindmatters.co.uk
