Man in court over coercion charges including possessing an imitation firearm

A man has been remanded in custody after appearing in court over charges in relating to using threatening behaviour against a woman, including using an imitation firearm.

Damien Latouche (32), whose address was given as in Leeds, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on September 21.
He’s been charged with possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, assault by beating and threats to kill in Spalding on March 13.
Another charge of making threats to kill relates to another incident in the town on April 11.
He’s also accused of engaging in controlling/coercive behaviour in a relationship between February 21 and April 12.
It relates to throwing a mobile phone from a car window and breaking another and throwing it in bushes.
No trial date was set at the hearing.
