LETTERS – Will winner donate hamper?

So there’s another competition this year for the best lit up house for Christmas in Fleet – a £100 Christmas hamper for the winner.

I’ll place a bet the winner won’t be someone who’s hard up and can’t afford to dress the house with 1000s of lights.

I do hope the winner donates the hamper to someone expecting a very unlit, cold and struggling Christmas.

Now that would be something to smile about.
