In response to the worried parents from Spalding Grammar and High schools regarding the children who went to Italy on skiing trips.
The area they went to has not been classed as a high risk area and therefore self isolation has not been recommended.
If all these children were isolated that would mean their families would also have to self isolate otherwise there would be no point.
If everyone did this, as lots of people from all over the country will have gone to Italy the same week, this would cause huge disruption to the country’s workforce and all because of a low risk chance of being infected.
We really need to get this into perspective.
