LETTERS – Thanks to all three hospitals

While on holiday in Cornwall, an unfortunate accident in the hotel led me to stay in three different hospitals, Truro, Penzance, and our own Johnson in Spalding.

I feel that I must say a huge thank you to each one of these hospitals.

Despite the fact that each hospital was short staffed, each member of the doctors and nurses were friendly, kind and very considerate, helping me to keep my dignity whatever they were doing. They were also prepared to answer any questions I might have.

Also the cleaners made sure that our section was spotless.

To come home to the Johnson, an ambulance brought me all the way – nearly eight hours by road. Again consideration and kindness at all times.

It was a holiday that I will never forget, and once again I say a big thank you to everyone who helped to make my stay so much easier. God bless you all.
