Letters – No need to park in a lined bay?

If you have a Range Rover there is apparently no need to park correctly in a lined-out parking bay.

In fact, you can even leave it with the fuel flap open.

Some inconsiderate person, I will not say driver as they may as yet not passed their test, left this car in Broad Street car park on Monday morning.
