LETTER: Save suicide prevention funding

Saving lives can’t wait: last chance to save local suicide prevention funding before it’s gone for good.
The Chancellor Jeremy Hunt is to announce the Government’s spending plans for the year ahead on March 6.
This was our last chance to put pressure on the Government to renew local suicide prevention funding for England before it ends next month – and let our communities know what’s at risk.
Hopefully we can alert our local community – and hope they will join the call to renew this vital funding if we need them.
Together, we can demonstrate how strongly the public feels about this at a local level – as well as nationally.
