Regarding the EU referendum, let’s get away from both sides’ scare stories.
Keep it simple! The idea of the EU is wonderful, everyone equal, with same living standards?
Has it worked? Decision making with the crisis up to now? Has there been parity with the Euro currency for all members?
Now on our own, how would we do? Our decision makers, would they be man enough to deal with trade barriers? How are they doing now? Would we be strong enough to go alone?
My view is we have a great deal of friendly countries, despite treating them badly when first joining membership, and others who respect dealing with Britain and a determination to do well and be a good friend when needed.
