LETTER: Defacing of Labour poster a disgrace

I am very distressed to learn that our Labour poster has been defaced in the beautiful and tranquil village of Moulton Chapel, where our valiant candidate, Wojciech (Voyteck) Kowalewski resides.

It is a disgrace and there is absolutely no excuse for such vile and small minded behaviour.

I have previously alluded to the bias against our party in generaland Jeremy Corbyn in particular; this is backed up by research evidence and more recently by David Dimbleby himself http://www.nme.com/news/tv/david-dimbleby-defends-jeremy-corbyn-2081289

Please would you urge your readers to learn about our simple policies and pledges which we will honour, if elected. I also recommend that residents watch the film “I, Daniel Blake” prior to casting their vote.

I recognise that local anger is palpable but it needs to be tamed and directed at the real source of our hurting nation rather than targeting Jeremy Corbyn, the Labour Party and those of us brace enough to stand up for the many and not the few in this hostile region.
