LETTER: Come on Vodafone, stop with the excuses

I read the response from Jane Frapwell, on behalf of Vodafone, with great interest.

I have been a Vodafone customer for many years and during the past ten I have always encountered serious service difficulties while visiting family members who reside in Weston Hills.

To describe the cause of the problem as recent service issues caused by a local mast is clearly an attempt to minimise the truth that the Vodafone service in the Spalding area has been very poor for far too long.

I understand why the council and its employees are justified in seeking alternative service providers to ensure they can work effectively.

Come on Vodafone, bring your service up to standard and stop making excuses.
