A flood of nominations have been coming in as the deadline nears to nominate the first Pride of South Holland heroes.
You have less than a week left to get your entries in for the first-ever POSH awards and the competition is hotting up among all those amazing people and groups that make the district a better place to live and work.
After the closing date next Wednesday, all nominations will be forwarded to category sponsors, who will whittle it down to a shortlist to go before our panel of judges.
The winners will announced at a ticket-only afternoon of entertainment at Spalding’s South Holland Centre on Saturday, July 11.
We are still looking for nominations in the Person of Courage and Young Achiever categories – so if you know someone who fits the bill, put pen to paper quickly to give them a chance to win this prestigious title.
Simply look at the categories and then fill in the form, being sure to send a supporting letter why you think your nominee deserves to win. Entries without supporting information will not be considered.
