Large fire damages Moulton out buildings

Five fire crews were called to a blaze of garden buildings and fencing in Moulton yesterday (Thursday) afternoon.

It was reported at River Lane shortly after 3pm with one brick garage, two wooden sheds, one summerhouse and 12 metres of fence belonging to three properties being affected.

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue say it was caused by an electrical fault within one of the wooden sheds.

Two crews from Spalding plus those from Long Sutton, Donington ad Kirton attended extinguishing it using five hose jet, two breathing apparatus, two ladders and four thermal imaging cameras.
