Teens put on fundraiser for local charities in Spalding town centre this lunch time

A host of young people are raising money for good causes in Spalding town centre this lunch time.

Those taking part in the National Citizen Service (NCS) are holding a sale at The Sir Halley Stewart Sports Field until 2pm.

The two groups are raising funds for good causes including The Lighthouse Project, it’s Karis’s House project and Mind.

Hazel Davies, a volunteer for the NCS said: “Everyone come down. we’ve got 30 young people who have been working tirelessly this week to raise money for local charities in Spalding.”
