Gala dinner held in aid of veterans

Supporters enjoyed a gala dinner with entertainment in aid of the Soldier, Sailor, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA).
The event was held at Spalding’s Woodlands Hotel and guests were entertained during dinner by town centre manager and former army officer Dennis Hannant, which division treasurer Alan Cole said was “greatly appreciated”.
The SSAFA provides welfare support to veterans and their families within the community.

Mr Cole said he hoped the gala dinner would now become an annual event.
