Discount Diva’s generous donation

A Long Sutton shop owner has helped provide a special thank you to staff at Boston’s Pilgrim Hospital.

Emma Lilley, who runs Discount Diva, asked customers to provide donations for hand creams.

And with the money she raised she was able to provide a bumper delivery delivered by Samantha Disdel from Holbeach who works at the hospital.

Emma said: “I wanted to donate, with the public’s help, hand creams and products as I know staff fighting COVID-19 at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston have been asking for hand creams.

“They all do an amazing job and risk their own health to try protect and help the general public.”

Andrea Stevens said: “On behalf of ward one at Pilgrim Hospital I would like to say a big thank you to Emma and the public for the kind donation of gifts for staff.

“They are always very much appreciated and we are grateful for all the support.”
