A Spalding scout group has had a cool donation – two refrigerators.
The Spalding and Welland Rotary Club has purchased the items for the group to use on their regular outings.
Rotary president Barry Elliott presented them recently to Scout and Cub leaders Adrian Parker and Andrew Wood.
Barry said: “The Rotary Club of Spalding and Welland are constantly aware of local needs, and organisations such as the scouts, to mould our children into happy and responsible adults of the future.
“This is just one of the many activities and projects that our Rotary Club is keen to help. We are also always delighted to welcome new members to join with us on projects both locally and internationally, alongside a good social background within the club.”
