I might have to tidy cemetery

I visit Holbeach cemetery a lot with my dad as my mum, nan and grandad are all in there and we were both very upset about the state of the place.
I contacted the local council around June 6 and took photos and sent them to the council, I even contacted Nick Worth who said it wasn’t his place to get involved.
My dad and I have been there again this week and there was no one working in there to make the place look tidy as I was promised.
I am now getting to the point where I may have to purchase some equipment and try and tidy it up myself as the council are full of false promises.
