Club’s blooming great anniversary

Spalding District Flower Club celebrated 65 years with its colleagues from the Kings Lynn group recently.

Chairman Gill Shanks, who cut the cake, and demonstrater Barbara Collins joined present committee members and attendees at the event.

A spokesman for the club said: “We continue to welcome new members at our monthly meetings held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.15pm held at Moulton Community Centre.”
