The Rick Parfitt Jnr Band has been announced as the headline act for this year’s Holbeach Music & Beer Festival.
Plans are well underway for this year’s event, which takes place on August 5, 6 and 7 at The Holbeach United Community Sports Academy.
Organiser Sean Taylor promises a “high standard” in the music line-up with special headline acts to close the festival each day
He said: “The live music is key to the success of the festival and I am overwhelmed again with the standard and support of all the bands wanting to perform this year.
“We want to create a family fun weekend for the community to enjoy with local bands, businesses and local good causes to benefit from the money raised.
“Other attractions will include inflatables, outdoor games, hot and cold food, 17 live bands, professional stage, sound engineers, DJ sets, VIP area, 36 real ales and a regular bar with draught cold beer.”
The line up is: Friday –Take Aim, The Guards, Zeb Rootz; Saturday – Loop Cycle, The Vigilantes, Amy Palmer, The Moll Grips, The Boobonyx, Battle of the bands winner, RPJ Band; Sunday – Second Chance, Capital Citizen, Dr Stubbs and the Dan Gleebitz Band, RetrospeKt, The Ultraviolet, The B-Sides, High Rollers.
Weekend wristbands cost £7.50 for adults, £5 for juniors (4-17 years) and under fours go free. They are available from Tonwood Home Hardware, Holbeach.
