CCTV images of two men wanted by police over thefts in Surfleet

Police have issued CCTV images of two men they want to talk to about thefts in Surfleet.

A red mountain bike and a damaged 42in TV were stolen from outside a property in Reservoir Road at 2.20am on Bank Holiday Monday (May 2).  Police said outboard motors were stolen from boats moored at properties in Reservoir Road and Seas End Road  during the same evening,

A spokesman said: “The two men, who arrived in a five door saloon motor vehicle – possibly an Audi or Volkswagen Passat – may have information that can assist the enquiry.

“One of the men is described as white, approximately 40 years of age, chubby build, bald/shaved head and wearing a black leather jacket and light trousers/jeans. This male is also a smoker.

“His companion is also white, approximately 40 years of age, average build, short, brown receding hair, and was wearing a light coloured tracksuit top, dark coloured trousers/jeans and trainers.”
