Broadcaster takes to King’s Lynn stage

Jeremy Vine, one of the UK’s best known broadcasters, is appearing at the King’s Lynn Corn Exchange in April.

In more than 30 years at the BBC, he has presented Newsnight, Panorama, Crimewatch, Eggheads and Points of View – as well as his daily Jeremy Vine Show on BBC Radio 2, the UK’s most listened-to radio news programme.

Plus he has a daily Channel 5 television show.

He’s been shot at in Croatia and had chewing gum placed on his chair in Zimbabwe (by one of Robert Mugabe’s supporters).

But increasingly, he says that he finds himself asking “What the hell is going on?”

As information and misinformation get mixed together and the sheer volume of news that gets thrown at us all is mind-blowing.

Get ready to laugh and cry as Jeremy tries to make sense of a world that increasingly makes no sense at all – where, as he puts it – “my listeners have better stories than I do.”
Jeremy brings his show What the Hell is Going on?! to King’s Lynn Corn Exchange on Friday, April 1 at 7.30pm.

Ticket prices are from £16.50 to £18.50 and are available online at www.kingslynncornexchange.co.uk or by calling 01553 764864.
